Holiday Apartment Pinos Altos 04 (T1) - Manzano

Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.

A five minutes drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa.

Pinos Altos is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards to the rear of the resort and surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name. Just a short walk from the beach and resort centre and with a bus stop along the road, it is an excellent choice for families with young children or for couples that want to relax.

There is a reception lounge area which gives access to the type 1 and 2 apartments, and to the sunbathing area plus the annex where we find the type 3 apartments. The main features of each type of apartment are as follows:
? Type 1 apartments have a twin bedroom, but with capacity for 4 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. There are 8 type 1 apartments, all placed in the main building. These apartments are nº 1-4-5-6-7-8-9-12.
? Type 2 apartments have a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, but with capacity for 5 people, since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge are. There are 4 type 2 apartments, all placed in the main building.These are nº 2-3-10-11.
? Type 3 apartments have two twin bedrooms, but with capacity for 6 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. They are all placed in the annexe building. These are nº13-14-15-16.

All apartments have a comfortable lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and open plan kitchens with microwave and electric hob rings together with fridge/freezers. Fans are also provided (one per bedroom), and all apartments have furnished balconies or terraces (14 of them overlooking the pool).

The large communal swimming pool with a children pool section is set in a paved terrace with plenty of space. These lovely apartments are ideal for families with children.

There also are communal washing machines, public telephone and children games room where a ping-pong table is placed.

Villa Xanet Katy

Set amidst glorious open countryside in a very quiet and private location, Xanet Katy is also ideally placed within a few minutes drive to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

The spacious and well planned accommodation, all on one floor, affords an ideal family holiday home. The honey stone walls are a particular feature of this villa, as well as the pastel coloured walls of the open plan living/dining room with comfortable three piece suite, Satellite TV, DVD player and direct access to the pool terraces and covered dining patio. Adjacent is the well fitted pine kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and electric oven/gas cooker. The attractive master double bedroom has personal bath/shower room and side door to the garden terrace with pool and mountain views. Two twin bedrooms share an adjoining full bath/shower room. The laundry room houses the washing machine. There is complimentary air conditioning in all bedrooms for 10 hours a day on a timer.

The well maintained gardens have many colourful shrubs and a good sized lawned area with plenty of space for children to play in. Set directly in front of the villa is the mosaic tiled 12m swimming pool with comfortably furnished sun terraces. The BBQ is set in a quiet corner of the terrace where you have very nice views across the countryside towards distant mountain ranges.
