Villa Negri 1 a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the roomÂ’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has lovely wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals.

The first floor is where you will find the villas three bedrooms. The master room has a double bed, and there is a further double room, which has twin beds placed together, and the final room is a twin. There is air conditioning in the double/twin bedroom. A pretty cottage in a tranquil part of the countryside just outside the old town of Pollenca, near the Puig Maria mountain Casa Santuiri is a brilliant hideaway, down a country lane with a private pool and tropical garden - but it's still within walking distance from Pollenca and an easy drive to the sea at Puerto Pollenca.

Inside, the house has been re-designed in Mallorcan style. The cosy rooms have white walls, tiled floors and classic furniture. There's an open-plan living area and kitchen. The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town. The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond. Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property.
